- Heatec Oilfield Services was set up.

- Moved to waterfront facility at Tuas South Ave.

- Direct Allocation of 1 hectare waterfront land from JTC.

- Moved to our present facility at 18, Tuas Ave 18A to accommodate the company’s rapid business growth.
- Established Heatec IMC-YY Engineering in Zhoushan IMC-YongYue Shipyard.

- JieTong Engineering acquired 100% share of Heatec Asia Pacific
- Jie Tong Engineering transferred all operations to Heatec (Asia Pacific) and ceased all operations.
- Heatec (Asia Pacific) was renamed Heatec Jietong, which specialises in heat transfer and piping.

- Heatec Shanghai was set up in China

- JieTong Engineering acquired 75% share of Heatec Asia Pacific
1994
- Heatec (Asia Pacific) was founded with 10 employees to provide heat exchanger services for the local marine industry.
1990
- Jie Tong Engineering was formed with 14 members to render piping services to local shipyards, mainly in Keppel Shipyard.
