Heat Exchangers [Design & Build]

At Heatec, we design and manufacture customized heat exchangers for the oil and gas, petrochemical and power industries. Since 1990, we have grown to become a recognized leader in designing and manufacturing heat exchangers in Singapore.

 

With our in-house thermal and mechanical design engineers, together with our experienced technicians, we are able to design and manufacture heat exchangers such as Air Coolers and Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers.

 

A member of the Heat Transfer Research Inc., Heatec Jietong uses various softwares such as H.T.R.I, PVelite, Solidedge, Autocad and STAADPro to design heat exchangers & pressure vessels to meet the stringent requirements of any certification parties and in compliance with ASME Section VIII Div 1 & Div 2 and API 660 and API 661. Quality procedures are in place to ensure traceability throughout the entire process from design to final documentation dossier approval.

 

Heatec is also an ASME- U & U2 Stamp, National Board R Stamp and DNV certified fabricator which further enhances our commitment to quality and excellence in all the products and services we provide.
